What shipping methods are available?
We offer free shipping on orders over $60 to most countries. Normal-size products are commonly sent by DPD; small pieces may use expedited express; large but light products may use EMS.
How long will it take to get my package?
Most orders require 1-2 weeks of processing before dispatch. Shipping time varies by destination and carrier, so total delivery can take longer for remote locations.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to most countries. We currently cannot ship to Ukraine. If you are unsure about your destination, contact [email protected] before ordering.
How do I care for a mat?
Follow the instructions for your exact product. The Panda and Flowers PVC Coil Door Mat lists shaking, vacuuming or hosing down; the Croissant Tufted Bath Mat specifies a gentle machine cycle and natural air drying. These methods are not interchangeable for every design.
Can I cancel or return an order?
The policy allows free cancellation within 24 hours when an order has not shipped. Returns have eligibility requirements, exclusions and possible fees. Read the complete Refund & Return Policy before requesting a return.
